“I love a good story, would you read me ours?”

About letters2soulmate blog:

letters2soulmate is an anonymous collection of love letters hoping to draw people together from all corners of the world to read, share and love.

This blog is essentially the product of love- how it inspires you, lifts you up, takes you to unexpected places. While there are days you feel disappointed by the ones who have let you down–who have made you feel undeserving of love–you keep coming back to it. Love is something that I would argue is seemingly impossible to ignore.

It’s difficult. It challenges you. It changes you. But if this blog has in any way inspired you to believe in it more, then I have succeeded. Just remember though that love is difficult.

But it finds you. And if you’re really lucky, it may leave you wondering how you ever lived without it.

About the author:

I am fascinated by love and its ability to inspire passions. I believe that much of life’s successes can be attributed to love.

I have written this blog with the intention of inspiring readers. If in any way this blog has intrigued or interested you to look into more meaningful, purposeful relationships, then the success is as much mine as it is yours.

Cheers, R

more love… a random assortment of things about me:

- I write all the time- songs, quote books, journals, novels, even on paper napkins.

- I prefer sunrises to sunsets.

- I believe the cure for anything is the sun and the sea.

- I find it impossible to sleep in late.

- I don’t like being in pictures.

- I’m not a fan of driving cars with automatic transmissions. I like shifting.

- I love coconut anything.

- I love the idea of messages sent in bottles.

- I think the quality of socialization would improve without Facebook, MySpace, AIM etc. …make face time.

- My favorite day of the week is Thursday.

- I think cell phones should go back to being an accessory rather than a necessity.

- Pure Vermont maple syrup = unrivaled.

- I think it’s interesting that people consider writing e-mails to be old fashioned.

- I don’t like French fries.

- I believe that if a guy is really interested in a girl then he will make the effort to be with her.

- I feel invincible in running shoes.

- Best pick-up line that was ever used on me, that actually worked: “Hey, I just wanted to introduce myself to you.”

- I’ve been known to dance to the radio in my kitchen. A lot. In fact, it’s one of my favorite things to do.

- I’m always in love.

“give me love, love, love, love, crazy love”

"Unless it's mad, passionate, extraordinary love, it's a waste of your time. There are too many mediocre things in life. Love shouldn't be one of them."

  3. Love ~ the essence of Life.
I’m looking for my soulmate as well.

So glad to come across your Blog, I definitely will visit regularly. Sending you well wishes from Hong Kong.

  4. Oh my goodness. I somehow stumbled across your blog while link-surfing, and … oh wow. I’m not sure how many comments you’ve received from guys – hopefully more than I suspect – but if you lack in them, I’ll be more than happy to attempt to rectify that, because this is a beautiful place. I’m a bit too tired to leave a more specific comment on one of your most recent letters, so I thought I’d drop a few lines here. Love endlessly fascinates me, perhaps as it does you, and what you have created here is wonderful.

  5. This site is very pretty, and I agree with you as well. Love is truthfully fascinating. I’ve been studying poetry and literature from way back in the medieval period for one of my English Literature classes. Although not everything is on the positive side of the scale, but this is what makes it a wonder to all.
I hope to read more from you. Thank You!

  6. I love your site. Keep it up !

  7. I must borrow the saying under the pic above… your writing is wonderful.

The concept of love in your eyes…that you put into words…
    :)
